Ace & Tate in Amsterdam HQ is seeking an Operations and Logistics Intern for a 6‑month program starting 1 August 2026. You’ll assist the daily operations, organise logistics data and shipment records, coordinate outbound deliveries and help with receiving and processing incoming shipments.

This hybrid internship offers 38–40 hours per week, an internship fee of €500 per month, plus travel reimbursement for distances over 10 km, wellbeing support with ClassPass and OpenUp, eyewear perks and

Competenze

• A background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field is a plus
• A HBO-level education
• Availability for at least 38 hours per week (preferably start date 1st of August)
• An eye for detail and are organised
• The ability to work independently, but also thrive in teamwork

What our Operations & Logistics Interns do

• Assisting theinternal Operations & Logistics manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
• Supporting the organisation of logistics data, invoices and shipment records
• Coordinatingdaily outbound shipments to external partners and clients
• Assisting with the receiving, processing and handling of shipments at HQ
• Performing shipment checks to maintain accuracy and quality standards
• Preparing and printingshipping labels and related logistics documentation
• Providing general operational supportto ensure smooth day-to-day logistics processes.

You have
