Job summary

Creative Clicks B.V. is offering a full-time internship as an Operations Intern starting in September 2026 in Amsterdam. This role involves supporting daily operations, coordinating projects, and optimizing workflows in a dynamic international environment.

You will work closely with various teams and gain valuable hands-on experience in operations. An internship allowance of €500/month is provided, along with a vibrant workplace culture.

Overview

Are you currently studying and looking to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international environment in Amsterdam? Join us as our next Operations Intern and become the backbone that keeps our business running smoothly from A to Z. You’ll work closely with teams across departments to streamline our processes, coordinate cross‑functional projects, and help drive operational excellence across our global markets.

Your Day-to-Day as an Operations Intern

• Process Optimization: Support the team in mapping, documenting, and improving day‑to‑day workflows to make our operations more efficient and scalable.
• Project Coordination: Help coordinate cross‑functional projects from kick‑off to delivery, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track.
• Operational Support: Assist with the daily running of the business, including managing tickets, following up on action items, and keeping internal documentation up to date.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Support communication with internal teams and external partners to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Data & Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage data entry, and help keep our operational systems organized and reliable.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on operational KPIs to track performance and support strategic decision‑making.

Tools You’ll Use

• Process: ClickUp for ticket and project management
• Data Analysis: Business Intelligence tools
• Documentation: Confluence, Google Workspace, and in‑house tools
• Communication: Slack and internal collaboration platforms
