Job summary

Arvato’s Customer Support internship, part of Bertelsmann, offers hands‑on experience in a global logistics environment. You will join the team from day one, contributing to daily operations and customer interactions, including SLA queries, transport planning, and KPI analysis.

You will learn and apply SAP, Jira and Excel while collaborating across Operations, Customer Service and Planning to improve processes. English proficiency and teamwork are essential goals of this program.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Excel and data handling.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations (inbound, outbound, returns).
• Assist with transport planning and carrier communications.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (delivery performance, lead times, costs).
• Participate in improvement projects in Customer Service & Logistics.
• Prepare and improve KPI reports (performance, lead times, transport costs).
• Identify bottlenecks and support improvement initiatives.
• Perform data analyses to spot trends and support proposals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Planning.
• Learn to use SAP, Jira and Excel.
