Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands offers an internship in Customer Support within a global logistics organization. You will actively participate in daily operations, supporting inbound, outbound, and return flows while engaging with carriers and KPI reporting.

You will gain hands‑on experience with SAP, Jira, and Excel, and develop analytical and teamwork skills in a dynamic international setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MBO BOL Level 4 in Specialist Transport and Logistics or a Bachelor's in Logistics Management, SCM, or International Business.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in logistics processes and supply chain management.
• Familiar with Excel and data work.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations (inbound, outbound, and returns).
• Assist with transport planning and communication with carriers.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (delivery performance, lead times, costs).
• Participate in improvement projects within Customer Service & Logistics.
• Support the preparation and improvement of KPI reports (performance, lead times, transport costs).
• Identify bottlenecks in operational processes and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Perform data analyses to identify trends and support improvement proposals.
• Support collaboration between internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Planning).
• Learn to work with systems such as SAP, Jira, and Excel.
