Arvato is seeking a Customer Support Officer in the Netherlands (Heijen/Gennep area) to coordinate and monitor outgoing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLAs. You will analyze data, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with multiple departments across the supply chain to deliver excellent service.

The role requires an MBO level or HBO starter with English proficiency (Dutch a plus), experience with ERP/WMS systems, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• MBO level or HBO starter; one year of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Fluent/excellent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and data analysis is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor outgoing customer orders from start to finish.
• Ensure deliveries align with SLAs and resolve operational issues.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to meet customer expectations.
• Identify discrepancies between orders and collaborate on resolutions.
• Support process improvements by addressing deviations.
