Job summary

Manpower in Tilburg is seeking a Customer Service Representative Logistics to serve as the primary contact for customers and coordinate inbound/outbound orders. You will monitor SLAs, handle inquiries, and work with other teams to improve processes and service delivery.

The role offers a mix of administration, process monitoring, and customer interaction, with opportunities for development and a flexible 32–40 hour work week in a modern environment.

Qualifications

• HBO working and thinking level.
• Approximately one to three years of relevant Customer Service experience.
• Experience within logistics, warehousing, or a comparable operational environment.
• Knowledge of logistics administrative processes and systems.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating inbound and outbound order flows.
• Taking proactive and preventive actions to keep customer processes running smoothly.
• Handling customer questions, incidents, and complaints.
• Monitoring progress of issues through to resolution.
• Identifying recurring operational issues and proposing improvements.
• Providing customers with accurate information about services.
• Supporting daily and weekly customer meetings and reviews.
• Planning and prioritising workload while monitoring SLAs and service agreements.
• Maintaining customer processes, work instructions, and documentation.
• Sharing knowledge with colleagues within the Customer Service department.
• Preparing and maintaining reports, invoicing information, complaint overviews, and KPI reports.
