Tilburgse logistics service provider zoekt een Customer Service Representative Logistics met focus op klantcontact en procesbewaking. Je bemant de spil tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en operationele processen en draagt bij aan uitstekende servicelevels.

Je maakt deel uit van een team dat inbound/outbound flows coördineert, klantvragen afhandelt en SLA’s bewaakt. Een zelfstandige rol met aandacht voor continue verbetering en rapportage.

Responsibilities

• Coördineren van inbound en outbound orderstromen
• Proactieve acties om klantprocessen draaiende te houden
• Afhandelen van klantvragen, incidenten en klachten
• Volgen van voortgang tot oplossing en identificeren van terugkerende operationele issues
• Verkrijgen en delen van accurate informatie over diensten met klanten
• Ondersteunen van dagelijkse en wekelijkse klantmeetings en reviews
• Plannen en prioriteren van workload en controleren van SLA's en service levels
• Onderhouden van klantprocessen, werkinstructies en documentatie
• Kennisdeling binnen de Customer Service-afdeling
• Voorbereiden en bijhouden van rapportages, facturatie-informatie en KPI-rapportages

In this role, you will act as the point of contact for customers and ensure that logistics processes run smoothly. You will combine customer contact with process monitoring, administration, and improvement initiatives. You will be given a high level of independence, work closely with various departments, and directly contribute to delivering excellent service levels.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating inbound and outbound order flows
• Taking proactive and preventive actions to keep customer processes running smoothly
• Handling customer questions, incidents, and complaints
• Monitoring progress of issues through to resolutionIdentifying recurring operational issues and proposing improvements
• Providing customers with accurate information about services
• Supporting daily and weekly customer meetings and reviews
• Planning and prioritising workload while monitoring SLAs and service agreements
• Maintaining customer processes, work instructions, and documentation
• Sharing knowledge with colleagues within the Customer Service department
• Preparing and maintaining reports, invoicing information, complaint overviews, and KPI reports
