Job summary

Jefferson Wells in Tilburg is seeking a Customer Service Representative Logistics to act as the main contact for customers and ensure logistics processes run smoothly. You will combine customer interactions with process monitoring, admin tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers a temporary agency contract through Manpower, a monthly gross salary of €3,000 to €3,500, travel allowance per kilometre, a pension scheme, and options for 32 to 40 hours per week in a modern Tilburg

Qualifications

• HBO level of working and thinking is expected.
• 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar operations.
• Knowledge of logistics administrative processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound order flows.
• Handle customer questions, incidents, and complaints.
• Monitor progress of issues through to resolution.
• Plan and prioritise workload while monitoring SLAs and service agreements.
• Maintain customer processes, work instructions, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, invoicing information, complaint overviews, and KPI reports.
