Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role, such as customer service representative or transport planner.
• service‑oriented mindset, think in solutions and work well as part of a team.
• Good command of Dutch (B2) and English language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close contact with customers and internal departments.
• Quickly and accurately create shipments to various destinations.
• Monitor and maintain customer performance reports.
• Handle complaints/claims and process logistics administration.
• Identify, analyse and resolve process deviations.
