Sia is a forward-thinking global management consulting group. We seek a Forward Deployed Engineer to build GenAI applications and drive adoption in client environments.

You will work at the intersection of data science, ML engineering, and client delivery, crafting scalable products and evaluating multiple model stacks with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and pgvector. You'll collaborate with partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and help clients realize ROI through practical AI deployments, including

Qualifications

• CS/AI-related degree or equivalent, with strong programming fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, POCs to production-grade apps.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in client environments with robust QA.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (GDPR) in AI workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-based systems, agents, and RAG pipelines.
• Deploy solutions into client environments, integrating APIs and tools.
• Collaborate with data science, ML platform, and client teams.
• Train users and drive adoption, winning sceptics over.
• Ensure compliance with model licenses, GDPR, and applicable regs.
