Job summary

Sia, a next-generation global management consulting group, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deploy GenAI applications for clients, aligning technical work with business value. You will build with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI/Anthropic tools, delivering measurable ROI while collaborating with client teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, AI or related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML projects.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning).
• Proficiency in Python and software development best practices.
• Ability to integrate APIs and connect heterogeneous systems.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Sit with a client's team to identify where AI adds value and ship solutions.
• Design and implement LL-based systems: autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflows, chat interfaces.
• Integrate solutions into client environments (APIs, databases, tools) while complying with regulations.
• Drive adoption: training, overcoming scepticism, and iterating until successful.
• Collaborate with engineers and executives, communicating across technical and business teams.
• Guide production engagements and deliver value quickly, owning high-value projects.
