Zusammenfassung

Sia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate GenAI concepts into production-ready solutions. You will design, build, and deploy LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, and conversational interfaces, integrating with clients’ ecosystems and ensuring measurable ROI.

You’ll partner with data scientists, platform engineers, and client teams, using LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI and Anthropic tooling to deliver practical AI capabilities with robust evaluation and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Grounding in computer science, AI or related field with ability to build.
• 2+ years of professional experience; strong LLM project work encouraged.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, research, or substantial personal projects.
• Proficiency in Python and ability to adapt to client tech stacks.
• Ability to integrate APIs and connect heterogeneous systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional French or German is a plus.

• Design and implement LLM-based systems: autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces.
• Integrate solutions into client environments (APIs, databases, tools) while complying with GDPR and EU AI act.
