Job summary

Sia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deploy GenAI applications, including agents, RAG pipelines, and copilots, aligned with client workflows. You will work at the intersection of Data Science, ML/Platform Engineering, and client delivery to deliver measurable ROI while advocating best practices for model usage.

You will collaborate with partners like Anthropic, OpenAI, and cloud providers to build scalable solutions and drive adoption, including training and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Grounding in computer science or AI-related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience building GenAI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production or substantial projects.
• Proficient Python coding for production-ready solutions.
• Ability to integrate APIs and heterogeneous systems.

Responsibilities

• Sit with a client's team to translate challenges into shippable AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLM-based systems: autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflows.
• Integrate solutions into client environments (APIs, databases) while complying with regulations.
• Train users and stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable ROI.
• Collaborate across engineering and executive teams to align on outcomes.
• Iterate quickly with stakeholders to maximize impact in production.
