Job summary

Sia Partners is expanding its AI practice with roles that bridge data science, ML engineering, and client delivery. You will design, implement, and deploy LLM-based solutions, from autonomous agents to RAG pipelines, ensuring adoption across client teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs, plus cloud deployment in AWS/Azure/GCP. Dutch and English fluency are required, with German a plus.

Qualifications

• Grounding in computer science, AI, or related technical field; a degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agent orchestration).
• Proficient in Python and able to work with client tech stacks.
• Experience integrating APIs and heterogeneous systems.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work with a client’s team to identify AI value areas and deliver.
• Design and implement LLM-based systems, agents, RAG pipelines, and automation.
• Integrate solutions into client environments via APIs, databases, and tools.
• Train users, persuade skeptics, and iterate until adoption.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients' leadership to align on priorities.
