InBody Europe in Amsterdam seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead and shape its European customer support function. You will own how we support customers and partners across Europe, setting standards and processes the team works to.

This is a genuine leadership role with scope to build from the ground up and influence how InBody Europe delivers service in medical, fitness and wellness sectors.

Formación

• 5+ years in customer success, customer service or service operations, including managing a team.
• Strong process and KPI management, and excellent English communication.
• Confident managing stakeholders and resolving problems under pressure.
• Experience in B2B customer success, medical device or technology, or CRM/helpdesk platforms is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the customer success team, and manage its day to day performance.
• Set up support processes, define service levels and KPIs, and manage the helpdesk and ticketing system.
• Escalation and partner support: handle complaints and escalations, coordinate complex cases with Sales and Technical Support.
• Continuous improvement: analyse recurring issues, drive corrective actions, and build reporting, dashboards and a knowledge base.
