You will drive continuous improvement, reporting, and knowledge sharing while coordinating with distributors and strategic partners in a growing European business.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in customer success, CS or service ops with team management.
• Strong process and KPI management abilities.
• Excellent English communication in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the customer success team and set daily performance.
• Define and monitor support processes, SLAs, KPIs, and ticketing workflows.
