Job summary

Arvato is launching a Customer Support Specialist role at a brand-new campus in Puttershoek. You will coordinate with internal teams and act as the main operational contact for the customer, driving smooth communication and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in reporting or customer support, strong English skills, and experience with SAP WMS, SAP BO, and Power BI. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and proactive professional.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working level.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• 2–5 years of experience in reporting, customer support, or similar operational environment.
• Experience with Consumer Product customers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for operational customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; handle SLA, transportation and customs questions.
• Manage and maintain systems, applications, and operational data.
• Ensure access to accurate, reliable, and well-presented information and reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Execute tasks in line with service levels and business requirements; monitor quality and identify improvements.
