Job summary

Webfleet, part of Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, seeks a Knowledge Management Intern for a 6-month period in Amsterdam. The role involves mapping internal processes, creating SOPs, and facilitating training while supporting KM initiatives.

You will collaborate with process managers and content creators, manage knowledge articles in CRM (Salesforce Knowledge Base, Confluence), and analyze usage data. Flexible remote up to 3 days, internship allowance provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems (Salesforce Knowledge Base, Confluence) is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience using HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Process Managers to map and document internal processes.
• Create clear work instructions and SOPs.
• Assist content creators in developing knowledge articles in our CRM system.
• Research and gather information to support KM initiatives.
• Maintain and update KM systems and databases.
• Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Deliver process/system training based on SOP updates.
• Provide admin support to the Quality team as needed.
• Analyze data on KM platform usage and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to projects related to AI in KM and future of work.
• Work with learning teams to identify knowledge gaps and deliver training.
