Job summary

Webfleet Solutions B.V. offers a 6-month Knowledge Management Internship in the Quality team. You will map internal processes, draft clear SOPs, and help organize knowledge articles in our CRM.

The role requires pursuing or recent graduation in KM/Info Science or related field, strong English communication, and solid organizational skills. Flexible schedule with up to 3 days remote work supports your studies and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools (Salesforce Knowledge Base, Confluence) is a plus.
• HTML knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Process Managers and stakeholders to map and document internal processes.
• Create clear work instructions and SOPs.
• Assists content creators in developing and organizing knowledge articles in the CRM system.
• Conduct research to support knowledge management initiatives.
• Maintain and update knowledge management systems and databases.
• Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Facilitate process and system training based on SOP updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Quality team.
• Analyze data on learning penetration and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to AI and future of work projects in knowledge management.
• Work with learning teams to identify knowledge gaps and deliver training.
