Job summary

Webfleet, Bridgestone’s global fleet management solution, offers a 6-month Knowledge Management Internship in Amsterdam. You will map internal processes, craft SOPs, and support training with our Quality team while collaborating with process managers, content creators, and learning teams.

The role requires you to be a student at a Dutch university or a recent graduate, with strong English communication, excellent organization, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in KM, Information Science, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge Base and Confluence is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Map and document internal processes with Process Managers and stakeholders.
• Create clear SOPs and work instructions.
• Assist content creators in knowledge articles within the CRM.
• Maintain knowledge management systems and databases.
• Analyze data and recommend improvements for KM platform.
