FITSociety is growing rapidly and seeks a Customer Support Associate to help fitness professionals and companies use our software effectively. You’ll assist customers, guide onboarding, and work with the team to improve features and user experience.

Work is primarily on-site with some flexible remote options. You will be part of a tight-knit team, influence how clients perceive FITsociety, and drive customer success in a dynamic startup environment.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex features clearly.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving approach.
• Comfort with using software and digital tools to assist customers.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer questions via chat, email, and phone.
• Guide new customers during onboarding.
• Review customer accounts and assist with settings and workflows.
• Explain features such as coaching app, workout plans, nutrition plans, calendar, payments, client management, progress, and communication.
• Identify friction points and translate into actionable feedback for the team.
• Suggest improvements to support processes and guides.
