Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad zoekt een Kitchen Supervisor die de dagelijkse keukenactiviteiten coördineert en zorgt voor een geordende service. Je werkt nauw samen met het keukenteam en draagt bij aan een positieve werkomgeving.

Formación

• Ervaring in een soortgelijke keuken of leidinggevende rol.
• Goede beheersing van Engels en bereidheid om Nederlands te leren.
• Kennis van HACCP-richtlijnen en gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Responsabilidades

• Coördineren van de dagelijkse keukenactiviteiten.
• Bereiden en afwerken van gerechten volgens recepten en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Coachen en ondersteunen van keukenteams.
• Toezicht houden op kwaliteit, HACCP en hygiëne.
• Voorraadbeheer en controleren van leveringen.
• Tijdens jouw dienst het voortouw nemen en waar nodig bijspringen.

As Kitchen Supervisor, you coordinate the daily kitchen operations and ensure everything is well organised before, during and after service. You work closely with the kitchen team and help create a positive and productive working environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and supervising the daily kitchen operation.
• Preparing and finishing dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Coaching and supporting kitchen employees during their work.
• Monitoring quality, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Keeping track of stock levels and checking deliveries.
• Taking the lead during your shift and stepping in wherever needed.

Wie je bent

You are a passionate and experienced cook who enjoys taking responsibility and working in a dynamic kitchen environment. You know how to keep an overview during busy services, bring out the best in your colleagues and make sure quality remains high. You are hands-on, organized and confident in taking the lead when needed.

You bring:

• Experience in a similar kitchen or supervisory role
• A completed SVH Kitchen qualification or equivalent
• A good command of English and a willingness to learn Dutch
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and health and safety regulations
• The ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
