Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad is seeking a Senior Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations near the Zeeland coast. You will work with the team to ensure smooth preparation and service, and you will step in where experience is needed most to uphold quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires several years in a professional kitchen, supervisory experience, and strong HACCP knowledge. You will coach colleagues, maintain high standards, and lead by example, including evenings,

• Several years of experience in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the kitchen team during daily operations and busy services.
• Plan and organize kitchen activities and adjust priorities as needed.
• Prepare and finish dishes while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Coach and develop kitchen colleagues and onboard new team members.
• Monitor HACCP, hygiene, food safety and kitchen standards.
• Check deliveries, stock levels and quality of incoming products.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and teamwork.
• Take responsibility for the kitchen operation during your shift and be the senior point of contact.
