Job summary

Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the kitchen team behind its coastal hospitality. You will coordinate daily operations, supervise service, and actively cook when needed to ensure guests enjoy high-quality meals in a welcoming holiday atmosphere.

The role requires SVH Kitchen qualification or equivalent, English proficiency, and HACCP knowledge. You’ll work a 38-hour week on a 5-day schedule, with options for full-time or part-time contracts, a competitive

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you help create that experience from behind the scenes. Together with your team, you make sure guests can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner in a welcoming holiday atmosphere.You are the person who keeps the kitchen running smoothly during your shift. You lead by example, keep an overview and make sure the team knows what needs to be done.
