NTT DATA in the Netherlands is seeking a Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) to provide second-line remote and on-site engineering support to clients. You will manage incidents, diagnose problems, and work with vendors to ensure timely resolution while maintaining SLA targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Professional level certification in Data Centre technologies such as Cisco, NetApp, EMC- Ex: CCNP (DC), ONTAP etc.
• Professional level certification in Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP etc.
• Collaboration certifications including CCNP Collaboration; Microsoft Voice certification advantageous; Webex Calling & Webex Contact Centre certification.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures client site infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational.
• Installs and configures software as required by the solution.
• Logs incidents with required detail and coordinates resolution.
• Liaises with client IT, carriers and colleagues to diagnose errors.
