Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with enterprise networking gear and SSL VPNs.
• Experience with multiple vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Meraki) and routing protocols.
• Strong planning, project management and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity managed services incidents and problems.
• Identify root causes, resolve issues, and drive automation improvements.
• Create knowledge articles and train junior team members.
• Provide onsite field engineering and collaborate with vendors for escalation.
