Kao is hiring a Junior Channel Manager to accelerate regional activation for the Professional Hair division across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will drive B2B and B2C e-commerce plans, align listings, PDPs and content for high conversion, and partner with brand managers and wholesale partners to grow sales.

The role requires 1–2 years in e-commerce, a Dutch/English fluency, and a commercially minded, proactive, highly organized approach. Luxury/beauty experience is a plus.

Formación

• Dutch language and English proficiency required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce.
• Proven track record growing brands across B2B and B2C channels.

Responsabilidades

• Support local activation plans across B2B/B2C e-commerce in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Ensure accurate product listings, PDPs and descriptions, and support promotions.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, E-commerce KAMs, agencies and wholesalers.
• Support JBPs and online activation plans with key partners.
• Analyse campaign performance with KPIs and provide actionable improvements.
• Share local market insights and forecasts with regional teams.
