Job summary

Versuni in Amsterdam is seeking an E-commerce trade marketing manager for the Benelux region. You will own year-round trade marketing plans, drive ROAS and category growth, and lead retail media activations with major online retailers.

You will partner with KAMs, Sales, Marketing and E-commerce teams to translate data into actionable strategies, balancing strategic thinking with fast execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in E-commerce, Digital/Trade Marketing or related field
• Solid understanding of e-commerce landscape and online retail dynamics
• Strong data-driven, analytical capabilities and insights
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Category teams
• Excellent Dutch and English communication, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and evaluate year-round Trade Marketing plans with Online channel KAMs
• Develop or sharpen category visions from retailer and Philips brand insights
• Lead retail media planning and activation with online retailers
• Analyze retail media performance and translate insights into growth opportunities
• Drive ROAS, conversion and category growth with data-driven activation strategies
• Act as growth partner for customers identifying shopper and performance opportunities
• Manage promotional spend within integrated A&P and trade spend framework
• Share best practices with Benelux and North European teams
