Kao is seeking a Junior Channel Manager to support the Professional Hair division with regional commercial activation plans for the Netherlands and Belgium. The role focuses on accelerating sales through B2B and B2C e-commerce, developing JBPs with partners, and optimizing product listings for conversion.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of e-commerce experience, is fluent in Dutch and English, and is digitally minded with strong collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce.
• Proven track record of growing brands across B2B and B2C e-commerce channels.
• Digitally minded with understanding of customer journeys.
• Commercially minded, proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Support local activation plans across B2B and B2C e-commerce channels in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Ensure product listings and PDPs are accurate and optimized for conversion.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers and wholesale partners to strengthen e-commerce fundamentals.
• Support development and delivery of e-commerce JBPs with key partners.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
