WP SEO AI, based in Amsterdam, is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager for the German market to kickstart your career in a fast-growing AI startup.

You’ll participate in a structured onboarding program, support new clients as they begin using our AI-powered SEO platform, and build strong relationships while driving measurable results.

You’ll work with SMB German businesses across industries, with coaching and feedback to grow into a Customer Success Manager role.

As a Junior Customer Success Manager for the German market, you’ll take part in a structured training program designed to prepare you for a full Customer Success Manager position. You’ll support new clients as they begin using our AI-powered SEO platform, guide them through onboarding, answer their questions and make sure they achieve visible results.

You’ll work with small and medium-sized German businesses across different industries, helping them improve their SEO and GEO strategy and create content that drives growth. You’ll receive personal coaching, regular feedback and all the tools you need to grow fast into a CSM role.
