Job summary

Kyndryl Netherlands seeks an ITIL Process Coordinator to strengthen the Defence project. You will design, optimize and manage processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role is based in Hoofddorp with a mix of on-site and client-site work, typically 2 days per week on site; fluency in Dutch is required for the Defence context and security clearances apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with automation tools and how to deploy them effectively.
• Minimum a bachelor level education, preferably in Computer Science, Process Management or Service Management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly connect concepts in complex environments.
• ITIL Service Management certification (ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher).
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow and willingness to develop further.

Responsibilities

• Design and realize smart processes – ensure processes are well designed and run smoothly in practice.
• Monitor quality and compliance – maintain oversight and ensure everything follows agreed standards.
• Continuously improve – analyze where smarter, faster or better can be and drive impactful optimizations.
• Communicate transparently – share clear and proactive updates on progress, results and improvements.
• Share knowledge and raise awareness – organize inspiring sessions and meetings to bring colleagues along in process improvements.
• Collaborate on innovation – work closely with a service- and process team, (technical) maintenance teams and other departments to optimize and further automate our infrastructure and services.
• Execute service management tasks – ensure our services are continuously available, reliable and meet agreed service levels.
