Job summary

Finaps in Amsterdam is offering an internship in IT Support & Workplace Management. You’ll join the Infra team and gain hands-on experience supporting daily IT questions, preparing laptops, and assisting colleagues with tech issues.

You’ll work with suppliers like Lenovo, Microsoft and Amac as equipment is ordered or repaired, and progressively take on more responsibility in a fast-growing software organisation.

Qualifications

• Active student in ICT or CS.
• Affinity with laptops, hardware and workplaces.
• Interest in Microsoft 365 and modern IT environments.
• Strong problem-solving and service-minded attitude.
• Good communication and independence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering, installing and configuring laptops and accessories.
• Supporting colleagues with IT questions and issues.
• Diagnosing hardware problems on laptops and workplaces.
• Installing and managing software.
• Setting up user accounts and access rights.
• Supporting onboarding of new colleagues.
• Registering and tracking company assets.
• Contributing ideas to improve IT processes.
• Supporting the Microsoft 365 environment.
