The Social Hub in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern to be the friendly first contact for tech hiccups across HQ and hotels. You’ll handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, and learn IT support in a vibrant, international setting.

Join our headquarters for a 5–6 month internship starting February 2027, with monthly compensation. You’ll grow technical skills while collaborating with a cheerful, supportive team in a hybrid hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• You're studying MBO Computer Science or a related field.
• Some experience in Help Desk or IT support is a plus.
• Cheerful, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Team player with clear communication.
• English is a must; local language is a bonus.
• Good sense of humour and willingness to learn.
• Must live in Amsterdam or Barcelona.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly 1st line IT support for HQ and hotel staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
• Log, track, and follow up on support tickets.
• Manage IT stock control, updating CMDB and shipping devices to new users.
• Assist with system setups, updates, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems efficiently.
• Keep your work organised and accurate, even when things get busy.
• Learn and grow your IT skills in real-world scenarios.
