IT Solutions Worldwide BV is seeking an IT Support Intern to help maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and systems. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international tech-driven environment and support remote teams across locations.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in IT/CS, fluent in Dutch and English, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn new tools.

Qualifications

Student or recent graduate in IT, CS, or a related technical field.
Eager to learn and improve hands-on IT support skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic networking.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Proactive, patient, and great at solving problems.
Willing to learn new tools and adapt quickly.
Open to working in a diverse and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day IT support tickets and technical queries.
Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Support employee onboarding (email setups, system logins, etc.).
Troubleshoot common issues in Windows, Office 365, VPN, and cloud tools.
Assist with IT documentation and asset inventory.
Collaborate with developers and external IT vendors when needed.
