Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven is seeking an IT Support Employee to be the first point of contact for internal users. You will deliver fast, accurate IT support to keep our teams productive, communicate clearly, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

You will work with the 2nd line IT team, participate in on-call shifts, and continuously learn our internal systems including ServiceNow. The role offers 38-hour weeks, on-site presence, and extensive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Vocational IT degree (MBO) required.
Excellent communication with a user-focused mindset.
Ability to collaborate with 2nd line IT team.
Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of IT processes and systems.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support, handling a variety of issues.
Analyze user problems and provide timely solutions to keep employees productive.
Collaborate with the 2nd line IT team for effective handovers and resolution.
Communicate with users in a friendly, professional manner.
Monitor open tickets and prioritise tasks.
Document support cases and contribute to improved procedures.
Participate in the on-call rotation and escalation processes.
Learn internal systems and tools, including ServiceNow.
