Lightspeed in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to join our global IT team. You will empower colleagues across the Netherlands by provisioning hardware and software, solving IT issues, and contributing to a secure, efficient digital workplace.

You’ll onboard and offboard equipment, maintain inventory, support executives, and collaborate with Level 1-3 teams while upholding SOX compliance and knowledge base documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in IT or related field required; CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred.
• 1–3 years of IT Support experience.
• Proficiency in Mac OS and Windows environments.

Aufgaben

• Handle on/offboarding and provisioning/repatriation of IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory records.
• Ensure offices and conference rooms are properly equipped and organized.
• Collaborate with Level 1 and 3 teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with basic configurations and monitoring under guidance.
