Job summary

Lightspeed in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to join our global IT team. You will support all Lightspeed employees in the Netherlands, both in-office and remote, assisting with issues and onboarding new equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, troubleshooting, end-user training, and collaborating with Level 1 and 3 teams. A strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years of IT support experience with end-user focus.
• Experience with MDM and IT ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in macOS and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• On/offboarding and IT equipment provisioning.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory records.
• Provide end-user technical support and training.
• Collaborate with IT teams and maintain the IT knowledge base.
