Tel-it is seeking an IT Support Specialist (2nd line) / IT Project Employee to bridge the gap between 1st-line support and project engineers. You will handle technically complex ICT issues, contribute to installations and migrations, and support colleagues with knowledge and clear instructions.

The role emphasizes MS365, networks, server environments (Azure/VMware/Hyper-V), and a collaborative, informal team culture with learning and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience in a second-line support role or readiness to advance from first line.
• Knowledge of MS365, networking and server environments (Azure/VMware/Hyper-V).
• Ability to switch between tickets, set priorities and stay calm under pressure.
• Initiative, solution mindset and good sense of humor.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the bridge between 1st-line support and project engineers.
• Handle more technical or complex ICT issues and contribute to projects.
• Assist colleagues with knowledge, including creating instructions.
• Communicate with customers on challenging technical questions.
• Support installations and migrations, remotely or on-site.
