Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant academic program.
• Basic understanding of software applications and their functionalities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• EU citizen or valid work permit for The Netherlands.
• Self-starter, creative, quality-driven, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Pluxbox platform, RadioManager, and metadata.
• Assist users in software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Log and track support requests in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with development and IT support teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and update software documentation and user guides.
• Conduct software testing to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT support when needed.
• Participate in maintenance of IT infrastructure such as servers and networks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Assist in training users on software usage and best practices.
