Job summary

Bugaboo International is seeking an IT Support Intern in Amsterdam to join our IT team. You will provide first-level tech support, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain IT systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with hardware, software, and IT assets, while collaborating with an international team and contributing to security initiatives and asset management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues through Jira, phone, email, and in-person support.
• Support end-users with software applications, including MS Office, Apple Devices, and internal tools.
• Document technical issues and solutions in the IT support ticketing system.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining IT assets, including inventory management.
• Support IT security initiatives, including system updates, antivirus checks, and user access management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the IT team.
