Job summary

Zoku Amsterdam is seeking an IT Coordinator to shape and execute technology plans, IT policies and governance. You’ll partner with the MSP, suppliers and operational teams to deliver a secure, scalable technology environment that supports guest and staff experiences.

You own the IT roadmap, budget and software licences, ensuring cost-efficiency while driving continuous improvement. You will lead selection and implementation of digital tools and manage relationships to ensure high service levels

Qualifications

• Five+ years in IT operations with external providers or MSPs.
• Experience governing vendor contracts, SLAs and performance.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and endpoint mgmt.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Solid IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Proven project and stakeholder management experience.
• Microsoft and/or ITIL certifications desirable.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT partner translating business needs into MSP requirements.
• Own and govern MSP relationship, contracts, SLAs and reviews.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 ecosystem security and adoption.
• Define IT standards and ensure delivery through external partners.
• Drive IT roadmap and strategy aligned with growth.
• Strengthen IT security posture including governance and risk.
• Conduct annual on-site IT audits across properties.
