What we are looking for?

The Program Director E2E – IT will oversee the coordination and delivery of strategic IT initiatives across corporate systems. This role ensures that digital and infrastructure programs align with business goals, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, and execution of large-scale IT and digital transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee budgets, risk management, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Act as the link between business and IT to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with organizations digital strategy.
• Implement program governance frameworks, progress tracking, and reporting mechanisms for executive visibility.
• Support integration with group-level systems and standards
• Promote best practices in project delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of new systems within resorts and corporate offices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably within hospitality, leisure, or retail industries.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-euro technology programs with cross-site deployment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications
• PMS, ERP, CRM, POS, Data & Integration platforms (Preferred, not mandatory)
• Excellent command of English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP preferred; Agile delivery experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on enterprise-level coordination.
