The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership and a proactive approach, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience is exceptional. A hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills are essential for thriving in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in operations, housekeeping, or guest relations.
• Ability to juggle inventory and maintenance tickets while maintaining a structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily room checks and improvement projects.
• Run daily operations, ensuring public areas are pristine.
• Proactively address guest complaints and feedback.
• Manage efficient storage and compliance in back of house.
• Keep the team informed and manage property knowledge.
