Job summary

Zoku seeks an IT Coordinator to shape and execute technology plans, governance, and standards supporting its long-term objectives across Europe. You will own the IT roadmap, MSP management, budget, and software licences, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and high-value partner collaboration for a guest and operations-focused IT environment.

You will lead tool selection, implementation, and optimization, driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and future-ready technology

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations with external service providers or MSP environments.
• Experience governing vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs and performance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and supplier accountability.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT partner translating business needs into priorities for the MSP.
• Manage the MSP relationship including contracts, SLAs, escalations and reviews.
• Oversee the Microsoft 365 ecosystem security, scalability, and adoption across properties.
• Define IT standards, policies and requirements with external partners.
• Drive IT roadmap and strategy aligned with growth and objectives.
• Strengthen IT security posture including governance, risk management and compliance.
• Conduct annual on-site IT audits and follow-up actions.

Together with the IT department you will oversee our IT landscape, partnering with our Application Manager, the Managed Services Provider (MSP), suppliers and operational teams to deliver a secure, scalable and seamless technology experience.

As our IT Coordinator, you are responsible for shaping and executing technology plans, IT policies, and standards that support Zoku's long-term objectives. Using performance metrics and service insights, you drive continuous improvement across our technology landscape while ensuring effective IT governance, security controls, and compliance with relevant requirements.

You own the IT roadmap, budget, and software licence landscape, balancing cost-efficiency, business value, and continuous technology enhancement. Rather than running day-to-day IT support, you make sure our guest and operations experience the best IT environment by managing the relationship and performance of our managed service provider (MSP) and technology partners, ensuring technology solutions effectively support the business.

In addition, you lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of digital tools, ensuring our technology investments remain scalable, future-ready, and aligned with Zoku's growth ambitions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No day looks the same as an IT Coordinator at ZOKU… but here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

• Act as the primary IT partner for the business, translating business needs into clear priorities and requirements for our Managed Service Provider.
• Own and govern the relationship with our Managed Service Provider, including contracts, SLAs, escalations, service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring security, scalability and successful adoption across all Zoku properties.
• Define IT standards, policies and requirements while ensuring delivery and execution through external partners.
• Drive Zoku's IT roadmap and technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth.
• Strengthen Zoku's IT security posture, including governance, risk management and compliance.
• Conduct annual on-site IT audits across all properties and oversee follow-up actions.

A FEW MUST HAVES

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT operations through external service providers or within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven experience governing vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs and service performance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and holding suppliers accountable for delivery.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience leading projects, change initiatives and stakeholder management.
• Microsoft and/or ITIL certifications are highly desirable.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
