Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is seeking a Technical Services Coordinator to create structure and continuity in planning and follow-up of technical and maintenance activities across the hotel. You will act as a communication link between Technical Services, hotel departments and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordination, facilities, maintenance support, hospitality operations or a comparable environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with both operational colleagues and technical specialists.
• Able to attend the daily 08:00 briefing well prepared.

Responsibilities

• Register technical and maintenance requests and maintain a clear overview of outstanding work.
• Plan and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities based on priorities set by the Assistant Manager Technical Services.
• Coordinate the planning of Maintenance Technicians and external contractors with the relevant hotel departments.
• Monitor progress and consistently follow up on outstanding, delayed or incomplete work.
• Ensure that requestors are kept informed about the status and expected follow-up of their requests.
