Job summary

A leading global technology services provider is seeking a Program Director E2E – IT in Amsterdam to oversee the coordination and delivery of strategic IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to lead large-scale IT and digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals. The role requires over 15 years of experience in IT management, preferably in hospitality, excellent English skills, and a strong aptitude for communication and leadership. Certifications like PMP or Agile experience are preferable.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or retail industries.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-euro technology programs with cross-site deployment.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, and execution of large-scale IT and digital transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee budgets, risk management, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
