ISpeedToLead Inc. seeks a Financial Director to own the full finance function with a strong US market focus. You will ensure accurate, compliant numbers and build the financial foundation for IPO-ready operations, enabling the CEO to make faster, smarter decisions with clear visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior finance roles (CFO-level scope).
• Strong hands-on experience with US market finance, accounting, tax and regulatory basics.
• Proven track record supporting IPO or pre-IPO processes (reporting, audit readiness, controls).
• Background in a fast-growing IT/startup environment with high speed and change.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools to automate reporting and finance workflows.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (daily interaction with US partners and advisors).

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide financial management with a focus on US operations and compliance
• Build and maintain executive-level reporting across P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
• Manage cash flow, runway, and payment calendar for stability and scale
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling for growth
• Partner with external US accountants, auditors, and tax advisors for accuracy and compliance
• Drive IPO / pre-IPO readiness by improving reporting quality, controls, and discipline
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate investments, expansion plans, and cost efficiency
