Jobgether SRL is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to own and evolve our finance tech stack, including NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and Pigment. You will drive system governance, automation, and scalable controls across an international AI-powered finance function.

You’ll lead architecture, integrations, and entity setups, partnering with Finance, Data, and Automation teams to enable efficient month-end, accurate reporting, and IPO readiness in a remote-first, Europe-wide role.

Qualificações

• Proven hands‑on experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld environment.
• Strong NetSuite technical skills including SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, role management, and release management.
• Experience owning an ERP or billing system implementation or migration from planning through deployment.
• Understanding of Stripe data flows into an ERP and supports revenue recognition processes.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations through iPaaS platforms or custom code.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to troubleshoot data flows, build reconciliations, and configure automated alerts.
• Solid understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes, including relevant controls.
• Ability to collaborate with accountants, engineers, data specialists, and auditors.
• AI-first approach to work with regular use of AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own NetSuite administration and governance for multi-subsidiary setups and chart of accounts.
• Oversee integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and NetSuite and data flows to analytics warehouses.
• Lead system implementations and expansion, including usage-based billing and entity setup.
• Develop AI-powered automation for finance operations and automate invoice coding and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Automation teams to ensure clean, auditable data.
