Job summary

Jobgether, Netherlands-based, seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead regional planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance analytics within a fast-growing tech environment. You will manage a team of analysts and collaborate with Product, Accounting and Investor Relations to provide senior leadership with actionable insights.

The role supports IPO readiness, builds advanced financial models, and delivers executive dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Experience in technology or software business with multi-country operations is preferred.
Strong English communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned with strategic objectives.
Create executive dashboards and monthly results for leadership and Board.
Analyze performance, identify variances, and recommend actions.
Collaborate with Product, Accounting, Investor Relations on close and reporting.
Support IPO readiness and develop advanced financial models.
