Jobgether SRL is seeking an FP&A Lead based in the Netherlands to own the central financial planning and analysis function for a fast-growing AI technology company. Build the company model, run budgeting and forecasting, and deliver monthly reporting to guide executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building a driver-based company financial model from scratch.
• Experience leading annual budgets and reforecasting cycles end to end.
• Ability to communicate financial performance and forecasts to executives or board.
• Strong commercial judgment, including understanding unit economics and investment trade-offs.
• Track record of recommendations that influence decisions and outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning or similar tools.
• Comfort working with SQL and data warehouse analysis.
• Regular use of AI tools to improve analytical efficiency and decisions.
• Autonomous work style in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong collaboration across commercial, product, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own central FP&A, build models, planning processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly reforecasts from start to finish.
• Prepare monthly reporting and board financial sections.
• Translate results into clear narratives with risks and opportunities.
• Support CFO, CEO and board with forward-looking insights.
• Assess capital allocation and strategic spend implications.
• Prepare planning guidance for IPO readiness and growth.
